Monday. Just like the first day of a new year, is a classic “starting fresh” point. If you’ve had a weekend where you’ve over indulged, or lost sight of your goal it’s a catalyst to get back on the proverbial horse.
It’s also a great time to start something new. We can adopt this mindset at any time but Monday seems to promise greater reward. You could give up coffee for a week, or start walking daily, change an aspect of your eating but it should be something.
