Turn the cold handle on and stand in it. Wash yourself like normal. Get out. Continue with your day.
We do not challenge ourselves enough. Putting some practice in each day to make yourself more adaptable to increasingly difficult situations will change your brain chemistry.
It will suck at the beginning, like really suck. You will hate it, struggle, possibly cry but then you will come out the other side.
