When time is scarce

..focus on quality not quantity.

There will be days when you have less time than you would like. Life will get in the way, you’ll have to work overtime, there will be car problems and family issues that cause you to no time to eat properly, go the gym or get the best nights rest.

In this case, make the best decisions you can and be satisfied that you can make the best decision given the circumstances, not frustrated that things have not gone how you wanted. Remember the only thing you can control is your own behaviour.

Instead of your hour long workout focus on the lift that needs most work, your weakness or the biggest bang for your buck. Be efficient.
